By accessing or using OrbisCommerce services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
OrbisCommerce provides cross-border logistics, shipping management, and fulfillment services for marketplace sellers and e-commerce businesses. Services include but are not limited to carrier rate shopping, label generation, customs documentation, and shipment tracking.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use OrbisCommerce to ship:
- Prohibited or restricted goods under applicable laws
- Hazardous materials without proper declaration
- Counterfeit or infringing goods
- Any items prohibited by the destination country
5. Payment & Billing
All fees are due in accordance with your selected plan. OrbisCommerce reserves the right to suspend accounts with outstanding balances. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
6. Shipping & Liability
OrbisCommerce acts as a logistics intermediary. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or loss beyond the carrier's stated liability limits. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the shipment date.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process shipment data to provide and improve our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All OrbisCommerce software, branding, and content are the exclusive property of OrbisCommerce LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to our platform or other users.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbisCommerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
